Position Summary
Position is responsible for the assessment and management of patients with lipid disorders, and counseling patients in study protocols.
Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Successfully complete training in the MyWay to Health curriculum and behavior change approach to wellness.
- Conduct individual sessions with participants to help them identify and work towards their health and wellness goals.
- Analyze participant food records and make suggestions to help them with individual nutritional needs.
- Prepare post-session notes and send individualized emails and relevant resources following each session.
- Connect participants with resources at Washington University and the community.
- Manage participant data and generate reports in several online platforms.
- Develop and deliver educational workshops and cooking demonstrations.
- Participate in internal and external meetings.
- Collect, manage, and transfer patient data in accordance with HIPAA and other human subjects regulations.
- Maintain professional relationships with participants, staff, and supervisors.
- Schedule individual sessions, workshops, cooking demonstrations, and various marketing events.
- Effectively communicate via, phone, text, email, video and in-person in accordance with HIPAA and other human subjects regulations.
- Contribute to the development of the program and honor reasonable requests to help out the MyWay to Health staff, Wellness Connection team, and participants.

Salary Range
$52,600.00 - $78,900.00 / Annually
The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
