📌 ServiceNow Tester – Manual & Automation (Contractor, Remote, LATAM)
We’re looking for a ServiceNow Tester to join a growing ServiceNow team at one of our major customers. This is a great opportunity for a mid-level QA who enjoys hands-on testing and wants to grow into automation, helping build and mature the QA practice for the ServiceNow platform. You’ll start with a strong focus on manual testing, gradually taking ownership of test automation using ServiceNow ATF, in close collaboration with Product Owners, Developers, and Business Systems Analysts.

🌐 Work hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm PST
🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing
- Execute manual testing for ServiceNow applications, mainly ITSM and CSM
- Develop and maintain test cases and test plans
- Identify, document, and track defects using QA tools
- Perform regression testing to ensure platform stability
- Collaborate with POs and stakeholders to understand requirements
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Begin designing and implementing automated tests using ServiceNow ATF
- Contribute to improving QA processes and best practices
✅ What You Need to Succeed
Must-haves
- 3+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance
- Hands-on experience testing ServiceNow (any module)
- Strong background in manual testing
- Experience or working knowledge of ServiceNow Automated Testing Framework (ATF)
- Familiarity with test case management and defect tracking tools
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a distributed team
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Selenium or other automation tools
- ServiceNow certification
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Exposure to large-scale or enterprise platforms
