The Innovation manager will play a pivotal role in identifying and evaluating new industry trends and business opportunities across Euronext's business lines. This role involves continuous monitoring of market trends, evolution of client needs, competitor activities, and technological advancements and cross-business line opportunities. The Innovation Manager will work closely with various departments, including business lines, government affairs, and technology, and with a network of external partners, to identify and incubate potential projects until they are ready to be integrated into a specific business line.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead transverse business innovation projects from investigation and incubation stages to integration into business lines.
• Develop and manage business innovation project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

• Prepare regular reports and presentations on market trends, opportunities, and innovation project progress for senior management.
• Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making on organic growth initiatives.
