Overview

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused professional who can act as a bridge between business stakeholders and internal delivery teams. The role involves understanding business processes, supporting client communication, and providing data-driven insights using tools such as Advanced Excel and Power BI. This position is ideal for someone with strong analytical thinking, good communication skills, and a keen interest in learning and growing in a dynamic environment.

Your role

Client & Stakeholder Management, Business Process Understanding & Support:

• Understand client requirements and translate them into clear business or functional needs.
• Participate in client discussions, requirement-gathering sessions, and follow-ups.
• Ensure timely and accurate communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Understand end-to-end business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support documentation of workflows, SOPs, and process maps.
• Assist in streamlining and standardizing processes across regions or teams.

Data Analytics & Continuous Improvement:

• Prepare & maintain reports and dashboards using Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, lookups, data validation, etc.).
• Develop and support Power BI dashboards for management and client reporting.
• Support in decision-making through structured data and analysis.
• Apply basic analytical techniques to solve business problems.
• Support ad-hoc data requests and performance analysis.
• Continuously look for opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and data accuracy.

About you

• Minimum 2 to Max 6 years of relevant work experience in business analysis, client support, operations, or analytics roles.
• Experience working in a client-facing or stakeholder management role.
• Engineering Background / Diploma.
• Non-Engineering – BBA / BCA or any other bachelor’s degree with Analytical exp.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good understanding of business processes and operations.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis).
• Working knowledge of Power BI (dashboards, reports, data modelling – preferred).
  Basic understanding of analytics concepts.
• Basic of Planning & Project control works. MSP/ P6 basic working knowledge.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Quick learner with a positive attitude toward new challenges.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Team player with a proactive and ownership-driven approach.
