We are currently seeking a Finance Analyst at our Cavite, Philippines office. The candidate should be eager to learn, has strong analytical skills, detail oriented and deep understanding of accounting principles. We are looking for someone who can work well within a fast-paced environment and can be able to deal with different systems. This position will play role a critical role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, cost analysis, and inventory management. This role also requires interactions with multiple levels of the organization, manufacturing operations team and various corporate functions. The candidate should embrace change and expect job rotation within the finance organization.
Responsibilities and Duties include but not limited to:
Perform periodic financial reports, inventory reconciliations, journal entries and accruals to accurately reflect inventory levels and costs that will help management in making sound decision and strategy.
Provide analysis and explanations of variances in inventory balances and costs to management and stakeholders.
Collaborate with different departments such as Manufacturing operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Business Units to gather relevant data and insights for cost analysis and inventory valuation.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency in cost accounting and inventory management.
Participate in cross-functional projects like SAP S4 Hana integration.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
Proven 2-3 years of experience in cost accounting, inventory valuation, or related financial analysis roles.
Strong understanding of accounting principles
Proficiency in financial analysis tools and ERP systems (SAP) with advanced Excel skills.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
Effective communication skills to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
