We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Service Manager, Lifestyles to support high‑quality services for adults, teenagers, and young people with disability across our Greater Western Sydney region.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on collaboration, innovation, and supporting teams to deliver meaningful, person‑centred outcomes.
About the Role
Primarily based at our Prairiewood and Liverpool Centres, you’ll also play a key role in supporting our broader Lifestyles programs. This includes clients accessing Day Programs and Daily Living supports across our Centres, SIL homes, and within the community.
Working closely with the Service Managers, you will contribute to the operational leadership of our services, ensuring supports are engaging, inclusive, and aligned with client goals. You will help guide teams of Disability Support Practitioners, assist with service development, and champion high‑quality, person‑centred practice across multiple sites.
You will be a visible, hands‑on leader—building strong relationships with clients, families, and staff, and contributing to continuous improvement across the Lifestyles service stream.
