As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software development, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position demands ensuring that solutions meet business goals by maintaining high standards for code quality, scalability, and system performance. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and project contributions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of software solutions.
- Monitor project progress and implement best practices to optimize development workflows.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to promote a culture of learning and collaboration.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enablon Software Platform.
- Strong experience in software architecture design and implementation.
- Ability to ensure code quality through rigorous review and testing processes.
- Expertise in developing scalable and high-performance software solutions.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering business-aligned solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Enablon Software Platform.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
