Job Description:

- Responsible for Supply Demand Planning of Semiconductor IC products to meet customer
delivery and product revenue
- Rationalize demand forecasts and collaborate with Sales & Marketing to improve forecasting
accuracy for production planning purposes
- Manage outsource manufacturing partners to ensure day-to-day prioritization and execution
of production orders
- Generate and monitor material requirements, capacity requirements, and build plan
schedules and develop a planning strategy for ensuring timely product delivery
- Resolve supply constraints with outsource manufacturing partners (Foundries/CMs) and
material suppliers to avoid any delivery issues
- Manage piece part, finished goods Inventory, Excess and Obsolescence and other critical
operational metrics to drive a low-cost and efficient supply chain while maximizing revenue
- Manage customer expedites and push out
- Support the planning and introduction of new products
