At Hive, Forward Deployed Engineers utilize technical expertise of software engineering to directly tackle customer challenges and pain points. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for many of our enterprise customers, supporting them to achieve success with Hive’s API solutions and AI platforms. As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will work alongside our customers to translate business and product ideas into engineering solutions, efficiently understand and resolve technical customer issues, and architect solutions that help improve the adoption of Hive’s products. You will work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations, and build full-scale integrations to drive exceptional customer outcomes. This is a rare opportunity to work on the frontlines and directly execute high-impact projects for some of the largest enterprises.

The current expected base salary for this position ranges from $120,000 - $200,000. Actual compensation may vary depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the total compensation package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work; stock options may be offered in addition to the range provided here.
