We are seeking Customer Care Executive to join our team within the Retail Department at M-KOPA. This role is ideal for organized and proactive individuals who enjoy working in a dynamic environment and thrive in customer-facing roles.

As a Customer Care Executive, you will play a critical role in supporting our retail function, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to our revenue goals. If you enjoy working closely with different teams to manage stock, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain an organized shop environment, this role is perfect for you.

In this position, you will:

  • Manage Shop Operations: Open the shop promptly and ensure it remains operational during business hours, from Monday to Saturday.

  • Stock Management: Receive and issue stock both physically and in the system, maintaining accurate records and conducting regular stock checks.

  • Customer Service: Address customer issues, providing assistance and guidance to resolve inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Branding & Presentation: Ensure marketing materials and product demonstrations are well-presented, maintaining the shop’s professional appearance.

  • Sales Support: Assist in processing sales orders, providing product information, and coordinating with other departments for timely product delivery.

  • Complaint Handling: Manage customer complaints effectively, escalating issues when necessary, and ensuring timely resolutions.

Expertise

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A College Diploma or degree in any field.

  • 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or sales.

  • Familiarity with stock management and cash handling procedures.

  • Front office management experience and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

  • Strong collaboration skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
