- Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the application development process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Manage the project timeline, resources, and deliverables.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the development team.
- Ensure the successful implementation of applications.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the development process.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of applications.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in application development.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- 10+ years of Overall Experience
- 7+ years of experience of implementation of Oracle Planning Modules in EBS and Oracle Cloud
- Should have led 2-3 projects as Oracle Planning consultant / Lead in Oracle Cloud.
- Experience of doing customer requirements, solution design, conducting CRPs, Training, and deployment
- Contribute as an Individual Contributor and show exemplary commitment on project.
- Good spoken and written communication is a must.
- Team player.
- Positive Attitude and ability to deal with conflicts is a must
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Supply Planning Cloud.
- Experience with application design, development, and configuration.
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite.
- Familiarity with supply chain management concepts and processes.
- Experience with data migration and integration.
- Knowledge of SQL and database management.
- Understanding of cloud computing and SaaS.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Additional Information:
- Oracle Certifications pertaining to Oracle Fusion Cloud
- The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Supply Planning Cloud.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A Bachelor's degree in computer science or information science from a reputed Institute, MBA in Operations Systems, BBA in IT and Systems, or Masters in science is required.
