We, the Nike Direct Digital Platform Operations team, support the day-to-day operations for our digital business. We work in an exciting and dynamic environment which is a key growth area of the organization. We work as a broader operations team with key areas of focus that continuously learn from each other. WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

As a member of the Nike Direct Digital Operations team, you will report to the Platform Operations Manager. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our core operations teams as well as the broader teams such as Brand/Marketing, Digital Platform, Digital Experience, Merchandising, Planning, Technology, Pricing, Supply Chain to name a few. You will also interact with teams in other geos as well as our ongoing partnership with global team based at our World Headquarters in Beaverton, Oregon.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

You will be working on the Platform Operations team performing operational tasks to support the business and helping to drive engagement of our Nike.com and Nike App communities. This includes the planning, execution and hind sighting of launch events on our Nike platforms. These daily tasks require extreme accuracy and attention to detail. You will have to be proactive and support process improvements, identify and fix consumer journey issues and maintain key documentation. Additionally, you will help provide requirements for future capabilities and tools used by our teams.

A typical day/week looks like:

  • You drive E2E operational excellence and execution for all product activations going live on Nike.com and the Nike App tied to a specific Field of Play.

  • You obsess processes to enable best in class collaboration and end-to-end frictionless executions by building upstream partnerships with key stakeholders

  • You drive digital assets (copy, imagery…) and inventory readiness for activations/launch specific assortment.

  • You maintain continuous cross-functional alignment and drive accountability by holding weekly meetings to ensure deadlines and deliverables are fulfilled.

  • You orchestrate a seamless consumer journey in all countries (testing, troubleshooting, reporting …) in partnership with the Digital Experience teams.

  • You act as resource of expertise (SME) on tools & capabilities utilized for launch operations in partnership with the dedicated Digital Commerce Capabilities team.

  • You continuously refine workflows & improving processes to ensure an efficient intake process for all activation related requests.

  • You maintain the digital experience for your Field of Play when it comes to sizing, exclusions, de-activations and product grouping.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Platform Operations Specialist to join our Digital Platform Operations team focusing on Product Activation. You will own the end-to-end execution of product and campaign launches for 30+ countries in our EMEA portfolio. You are an organized, flexible multitasker who takes pride in the perfection of your work. You can prioritize tasks, collaborate with the team, and solve problems efficiently. You have a real passion for digital commerce and trend setting innovative work. Additionally, you can maintain a flexible working schedule that can include holidays and weekends.

  • Working experience in direct-to-consumer retail ecommerce with a specific focus on operational process improvement is preferred.

  • Excellent organizational skills, passion for details and ability to produce on-time quality deliverables in a deadline-driven environment while balancing multiple priorities.

  • Ability to quickly pick up new systems, experience with Nike internal tools and Airtable is a plus.

  • Ability to work in a flexible environment and manage ad-hoc requests in an independent manner.

  • Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a diverse group.

  • A positive, energetic attitude with a passion for ecommerce, retail, sport, fashion.

  • Self-starter, quick-learner, quality-focused and proactive.

  • Flexibility in working hours to support the business (ie. weekends, holidays)
