Job Description:

• Leverage data analytics and statistical techniques to provide data-driven insights and support the accounting team's reporting functionality.
• Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities, and recommend actionable remediation plans to improve operational efficiency in an automation way.
• Utilize data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to present complex financial and operational data in a clear and impactful manner.
• Provide constructive suggestion to improve daily operations effectiveness and participant in any enhancement projects amongst the teams.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years working experience with minimum of 3 years in the hospitality industry in a management role.
• A highly motivated and detail-oriented individual, with sound analytical skills in interpreting exceptions. Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Excellent PC skill especially with using Excel VBA, SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau. Familiar with hospitality systems, Opera, Infrasys, Workday system is preferred.
• Ability to multi-task, problem-solve and think logically in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and responsible for team member development, promote positive working atmosphere and team member relations.
