40% Manages communication channels (mobile, emails, phone, letters, etc) and the member touch point map. Recommends communications channels and member engagement opportunities. Provides continuity between multiple areas of the business through participation in work sessions/meetings. Engages with contracted vendors as appropriate.
30% Determines what communications data is to be measured and coordinates with areas to collect/retrieve this data. Through review of this data, validates that appropriate and custom communications are relayed to members.
20% Develops and reviews reports, analyzing results to ensure effectiveness of member segmentation.
10% Presents findings/analysis to management on the effectiveness of member engagement communications.
Required Education: Bachelor's in a job related field
Required Work Experience: 2 years of event management/planning or similar role.
