Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and troubleshoot WLAN/LAN networks
  • Configure and manage:  Cisco DNAC, ISE, and Catalyst 9k switches
  • HPE Aruba wireless infrastructure (Mobility Controllers, Access Points)
  • Collaborate on network upgrades, projects, and migrations
  • Ensure network security, availability, and performance
  • Develop and maintain network documentation and diagrams
  • Provide 24/7 on-call support for critical network issues

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in LAN/WAN engineering

Undergraduate degree in a related field or the equivalent combination of training and experience.

Strong knowledge of: Cisco DNAC, ISE, and Catalyst 9k switches, HPE Aruba wireless infrastructure

Routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP)

Switching protocols (STP, VLANs, Trunking)

Network security best practices

CCNP or CCIE certification in Routing and Switching or Wireless

Nice to Have:

SD-WAN solutions (e.g., Cisco Viptela, VMware VCO)

Network automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Python)

Cloud-based networking solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure)

ITIL or similar service management frameworks

Certification in HPE Aruba solutions (ACMA, ACMP)

Experience with network monitoring and analytics tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Splunk)
