The ideal candidate is a seasoned program manager and digital product specialist, a problem solver, a strong communicator, and both a confident and empathetic leader. The Senior Program Manager's responsibilities will include ensuring successful delivery of medium to large website content management system migration and redesign projects for the federal government. The Senior Program Manager will work closely with a matrixed team to provide project oversight and ensure high quality outputs, and be adept at problem solving and risk mitigation, coaching and mentoring project team members, and hands-on project management.
