Trainee to support recruiters for their hiring needs across various business functions in State Street India. Support and coordinate TA activities related - interview scheduling, follow-up, coordinate candidate engagement sessions, assist with research / market mapping drive accelerated hiring.

Key Responsibilities

• Support recruiters in market mapping, sourcing, pre-screening candidates and scheduling interviews for a diverse range of roles and businesses.

• Coordinate recruiting events like campus hiring, recruitment events, candidate post offer engagement sessions

• Coordinate for setting up interviews and document collection during offer management to ensure enhanced candidate experience

Key Skills/ Attributes

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to multitask & detail oriented

• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

• Quick learner, with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn

• Team Player
