- Bachelor’s in marketing analytics and marketing, Masters preferred
- 3+ medical technology or pharma experience
- Driven to provide solutions and recommendations.

Research based Task:
- Own and implement market research processes within the team, including OnBoard for all new research.
- Partner and ensure all compliance and legal documentations are uploaded and answered.
- Collaborate and support in dashboarding and insight delivery for key projects (such as but not limited to NPS, etc)
Pricing Based Tasks:
- Collaborate with countries and regions to help with reference pricing needs
- Update and establish dashboards that can help implement reference pricing
- Continue to implement the reference pricing process
- Collaborate and help support strategic pricing initiatives for SMP and tender pricing
- Conducting hands-on, in-depth data research and analysis of large financial datasets to support pricing strategies and business decisions
- Developing and implementing pricing strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring competitive positioning and revenue growth
Digital campaign analytics tasks:
- Help support and drive insights on key digital campaigns, partnering with digital commercial excellence and others within MI&A team.
- Help support reports and insights for key campaigns such as CVT/convince
Other tasks:
- Help drive budget clarity to the team as part of onboard and other spending
- Learn north America system to apply for PO for MI&A
