What is the opportunity?
This role focuses on driving resolution for regulatory and audit issues within RBC’s Savings and Investments division, requiring collaboration across IT, Compliance, Operations, and Retail Enablement teams to design and implement effective solutions. The successful candidate will work on devising and executing on solutions for regulatory and audit issues, occasionally acting as a Product Owner in agile technology labs to represent business needs. Key responsibilities include ensuring timely execution of issue action plans, coordinating closure activities, and maintaining alignment with stakeholders to meet critical deadlines. Ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong cross-functional leadership and problem-solving skills in financial services compliance.
What will you do?
Manage to completion a set of regulatory and/or audit issues related to Savings and Investments
Liaise across a diverse stakeholder groups including Information Technology, Retail Enablement, Compliance and Operations to devise optimal (both IT and Non IT) solutions to known issues
Identify and prevent new issues from arising
Act as a Product Owner (PO) representing the Savings and Investments business in technology agile labs.
Ensure Issue Action plans are effectively executed in advance of Expected Completion Dates.
Co-ordinate closure activities for issues being managed

Must have:
Analytical and Research skills

Nice to have:
Experience with the Retail Investments business, RBC products
Some knowledge of the Mutual Fund industry and CIRO regulations
Familiarity with emerging AI tools
Bachelor degree
