Project Role : Engineering Services Practitioner
Project Role Description : Assist with end-to-end engineering services to develop technical engineering solutions to solve problems and achieve business objectives. Solve engineering problems and achieve business objectives using scientific, socio-economic, technical knowledge and practical experience. Work across structural and stress design, qualification, configuration and technical management.

Summary Motivated fresher aspiring to build a career as an Aircraft Maintenance Manual (AMM) Author, with a strong educational foundation in engineering, basic understanding of technical documentation, and a keen interest in aircraft maintenance and technical publications. Demonstrates good analytical thinking, willingness to learn, and effective communication skills. Roles & Responsibilities - Participate in team discussions and training sessions to understand project requirements. - Support senior engineers in analyzing technical issues and developing solutions. - Assist in the development and documentation of engineering solutions. - Learn and follow configuration management processes for technical documentation. - Contribute to project deliverables related to aircraft maintenance documentation under supervision. Professional & Technical Skills - Basic understanding of Aircraft Structure Repair Manual (SRM) authoring guidelines. - Fundamental knowledge of engineering principles and technical problem-solving approaches. - Awareness of data module creation and revision concepts for AMM, ASRP, and FIP. - Introductory knowledge of structural and stress design, qualification, and configuration management. - Familiarity with technical publication standards such as ATA 100, S1000D, and iSpec 2200. - Basic exposure to XML authoring tools (e.g., Oxygen, Arbor) and Simplified Technical English (STE). - Ability to work independently on-site after training, with good written and verbal communication skills. - Basic understanding of engineering drawings and illustration mock-ups. - Exposure to Aerospace & Defense (A&D), technical writing, proofreading, GSM, or French language is an added advantage. Additional Information - Fresher / entry-level role (0 years of experience required). - Strong academic background in Engineering. - Work location: Pune client site only (no Work From Home). - Minimum 15 years of full-time education required. - Qualification: BE/BTech in Aeronautical, Mechanical, or equivalent; Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (AME). - Immediate joiner or availability within 30 days preferred.
