The Financial Planning and Analysis Lead Analyst is a senior professional role responsible for providing management with an analysis and insight of Citi’s financial results in coordination with the broader Finance team. The overall objective is to contribute to directional strategy as well as utilize in-depth specialty knowledge to provide advice/counsel on the evaluation of financial reports of Citi’s current and projected performance.

Responsibilities:

• Supports the International LFO in providing the dedicated Finance coverage to the Head of International. The role is set up to navigate the complex and broad nature of issues facing the International franchise
• Supports Client analytics and Competitor Analysis for International in addition to broader ad hoc / special project analytics
• Analyzes key management review presentations for individual Regions and Products
• Contributes to the development of review material for internal leadership and external regulator reviews
• Addresses strategic issues on an ad hoc basis that are complementary to the regular planning and analysis processes
• Develops/coordinates processes (e.g. the annual planning and periodic forecasting processes) and reviews results against plans monthly including business analysis functions performed by Business Unit Managers (BUMs)

Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of relevant experience
• Proficient computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Office applications
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated presentation skills
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
• Master’s degree preferred

$129,840.00 - $194,760.00
