Job Specifications and Work Performed:

  • Collaborate in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.
  • Generate effective communications programs for customers, selling partners and sales team.
  • Work alongside the Marketing Communications Manager to develop and support the production of engaging content, including infographics, advertisements, product photos, tradeshow graphics, videos, webinars, blog posts,  emails/newsletters, and web content.
  • Craft and update product specification sheets, web content, brochures, application notes and other sales materials, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Support new product launches and marketing/lead generation strategies to boost sales performance.
  • Assist in the development and execution of SEO improvements.
  • Monthly reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs), SEO efforts and other data to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
  • Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including organizing files, scheduling meetings, and managing marketing and advertising calendars.
  • Engage in minimal travel for company events and initiatives (<5%).

Experience & Academic Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Arts, Communications, Marketing or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in marketing communications or graphic design.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with camera/video camera operation and video editing software preferred. Knowledge of HTML and SEO practices is a plus.
  • Portfolio showcasing projects and skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using and/or marketing technology similar to Xylem Process Instrumentation is a plus.
  • Any equivalent combination of acceptable training and experience.

  • A passion for marketing and a willingness to learn and grow in the field.

Working Conditions:

  • Partially remote with a requirement to attend the office 1-2 days per month.
  • Less than 5% travel required.

Salary range:

$51,500.00 - $82,500.00
