What would you do? This finance role is aligned to the NCC Optimization tower under Profit & Cost Capability (FBM). The role entails primarily to support the overall financial management to the 2 MUs the role supports, including planning & forecasting, reporting analysis, hierarchy management, WBSE usage advisory and long-range planning. Support leadership and serve as the primary finance contact and business advisor by providing financial insights, management information, scenario planning and solutions. Work collaboratively with the MU groups, entity leadership teams, directors of operations, business operation team and HR. Primary focus area would be around the Non-Contract Cost management and advisory space.
Key Functions:
• Assisting the MU CFO/Deputy/Finance Directors and finance leads in Planning/forecasting related activities.
• Logical reasoning related to variance analysis & translate those in a scripted way through an email
• Assist in NCC Ad-hoc analysis/investigations/what if modelling and collaborate with/enable business to deliver expected outcomes.
• Provide landing estimates based on predictions considering the trend data without compromising on accuracy of data used for predictions
• Interact with finance leads to provide response to their requests related to finance. Ability to work and lead in an unstructured environment, have a problem-solving attitude to enable and bring in possible solutions.
• Help in coaching/developing the team members to achieve the overall objective of NCC management & analysis
• Ability to multitask and flexible to work with different stake holders & time zones. Contribute and assist in overall P&CC wide initiatives.

What are we looking for? Must have:
• Excellent Excel and Power Point skills is a must (Macros, Power BI, and database management skills desirable).
• Experience on SAP and BR reporting.
• Advance level in English (Oral/Written)
