About the role
We are hiring an exceptional Community & Affiliate Manager to expand Healthie’s reach by growing and nurturing our affiliate, influencer, and customer communities. In this dynamic, externally-facing role, you’ll lead efforts to identify and activate strategic partners while fostering a vibrant, engaged network of health and wellness professionals.
As Community & Affiliate Manager, you’ll collaborate closely with our Growth, Marketing, and Customer teams to build scalable programs that deepen relationships with private practice providers, drive qualified leads, and amplify Healthie’s presence in the industry. From launching affiliate campaigns and influencer partnerships to hosting webinars and growing our customer advisory councils, you’ll design and execute initiatives that inspire connection, education, and advocacy.
You’ll play a key role in shaping the way Healthie engages with its broader ecosystem—bringing energy, empathy, and structure to our partner and community strategy. Balancing creativity with operational excellence, you’ll ensure our affiliates and champions are equipped to succeed, while gathering insights that help us continually improve.
In this role, you’ll bring a passion for relationship-building and a deep understanding of what drives community engagement. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, translating ideas into scalable programs that extend Healthie’s reach, build brand loyalty, and support our mission to power the future of healthcare delivery.
