Healthie is hiring an exceptional Community & Affiliate Manager to expand our reach by building and managing relationships with affiliate and influencer partners and fostering a vibrant community of health and wellness professionals. In this role, you will work closely with our Private Practice growth teams in order to grow our affiliate and influencer program, create engagement opportunities, and strengthen connections with solo and small group practices. What you’ll be doing and held accountable for:
- Affiliate Program Development and Growth
- Identify, recruit, and onboard affiliate and influencer partners aligned with our mission and target audience.
- Develop strategies and incentives to motivate affiliates/influencers and maximize their engagement.
- Track, analyze, and optimize affiliate performance to ensure measurable growth and ROI.
- Monitor market trends and peer programs to stay ahead of industry changes and opportunities.
- Community Engagement and Advocacy
- Build and nurture a community of health and wellness professionals, focusing on relationship-building with key champions.
- Organize webinars, events, and online forums to foster dialogue, share best practices, and promote our EMR platform.
- Develop ambassador programs to encourage organic advocacy and referrals.
- Engage with community members through social media and online forums to identify trends and gather feedback.
- Organize and manage Customer Advisory Councils Grow owned and operated customer advisory councils and developer communities.
- Collaborative Partner Enablement
- Work with marketing to develop content and campaigns tailored to affiliates and the community.
- Provide affiliates and community partners with materials, training, and support for effective promotion.
- Collaborate with product and success teams to collect feedback and insights from partners and end-users.
- Maintain a knowledge base with up-to-date resources and best practices for partners to easily access.
Requirements:
- You have a track record of success: 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, community management, or partner marketing, preferably in B2SMB/B2B SaaS or healthcare.
- You love starting and building relationships: Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- You have a growth-mindset and growth-approach to building: Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics and Partner Relationship Management (PRM) and/or affiliate network tools to track and optimize performance.
- You understand clinicians and their needs: Familiarity with private practice landscape and EHR or healthcare technology.

Location: New York, NY/ Hybrid
This is a full-time position.

The base salary for this role is $85,000 to $115,000 per year + annual company bonus and benefits
The target salary range for this position is part of a competitive total rewards package. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
