About the team:

As a member of the CTO Communications and Planning team, you will work on a variety of initiatives related to comprehensive internal communications and colleague recognition for the global Chief Technology Organization which is comprised of 21K+ colleagues globally.

What you will be doing:

  • CTO event planning and coordination, including Town Halls for all colleagues, informative ‘All About’ events on topics of interest, CTO Expo to showcase work across the organization, and CTO Insights Week to share current and future strategic direction of technology at FIS.
  • Managing awards and recognition programs for CTO colleagues and continuously improving features to celebrate accomplishments.
  • Creating and delivering plans for strategic initiatives to improve colleague experience.
  • Consistently communicating updates and delivering stories on a variety of strategic topics via multiple channels (e.g., newsletter, website, video, website, social media, meetings, slide decks)
  • Maintaining the CTO SharePoint site, ensuring all content is clear, informative and up to date.
  • Networking with leaders, teams and colleagues to create stories to celebrate and highlight accomplishments.
  • Tracking feedback from colleagues and managing responses to continuously improve communications.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, Technology, Business or related field
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent writing (editorial and technical writing), design, and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Quick learner with resilience, speed and grace under pressure
  • Creative, proactive and enthusiastic; willing to take smart risks and lead initiatives with confidence
  • Detailed analytical, written and oral communications with exceptional organizational skills
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)

  • Demonstrated success in delivering multiple projects simultaneously from start to completion

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $62,170.00 - $101,340.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
