Position Summary...

+ Works with business stakeholders to understand specific problem areas. Uses data to validate and quantify the problem sizing
+ Frames business problems and use cases as product features enhancements. Drives alignment on above with business, data science, and engineering teams
+ Drives execution of product features with engineering from creating PRDs to validation before release
+ Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans; using the Open Door Policy; and demonstrating and assisting others with how to apply these in executing business processes and practices.

What you'll do:

  • Work with business stakeholders to understand specific problem areas. Use data to validate and quantify the problem sizing

  • Frame business problems and use cases as product features enhancements. Drive alignment on above with business, data science, and engineering teams

  • Drive execution of product features with engineering, data Science and business partners from creating PRDs to validating the final deliverable before go-live to minimize adverse outcomes for business

  • Builds quantitative metrics and qualitative mechanisms to define and monitor the success of the product/deliverable. Identifies inefficiencies and drives resolutions by analyzing data.

  • Model compliance with company policies and procedures and support company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans; using the Open Door Policy; and demonstrating and assisting others with how to apply these in executing business processes and practices.

What you'll bring:

  • You come with 5+ years of product management experience.

  • Experience with eCommerce or internet-based products or support services is a plus.

  • Experience with Supply Chain domain specifically Forecasting is preferred.

  • Ability to drive insights from data to influence business process and product features.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

  • Uncompromising commitment to the customer.

  • Ability to drive teams toward a shared vision with velocity and possess an indomitable bias toward action in the face of ambiguity. 

  • Willingness to be bold – be undeterred by organizational obstacles and with a High tolerance for risk / low fear of failure. 

  • Strong presentation and influencing skills and the ability to interact with executive level business and technical partners. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to champion product solutions throughout the organization. 

  • Advanced/ master’s degree in engineering or management is preferred.

  • Ability to pull, analyze and draw insights from data using any of the data analytics tools/software – SQL, Python, Power BI etc.
