Preferred Qualifications:
Prior restaurant serving experience.
Basic English language communications required.
Excellent customer service skills.
Basic computer skills.
Requires full availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Thorough knowledge of food terminology, food service techniques, and sanitation standards; and thorough knowledge of Alcoholic Beverages.
Ability to stand, walk, stoop, bend and lift trays weighing up to 45+ pounds repetitively during entire shift.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and promptly upon arrival.
Take beverage and light snack orders, offering suggestions and upselling when appropriate.
Serve beverages and snacks efficiently and courteously.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of the beverage menu, including cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks.
Records all aspects of guests’ order accurately and enters guest orders into POS.
Monitor guest alcohol consumption and follow responsible beverage service practices.
Work closely with bartenders, kitchen staff, and other servers to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar and lounge area.
Other duties as assigned.
