What is EMEA Marketing Team responsible for?

Franklin Templeton is seeking an Intern to join its Marketing Team. This role will support the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) marketing division, which is responsible for a range of key activities, including advertising, campaign planning and execution, crafting and distributing promotional emails to customers, updating website content, and tracking the performance of marketing initiatives. The EMEA Marketing Team collaborates closely with other departments, such as digital experience, creative studio, content production, translation, product, data, sales, and others.

This role provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

What are the ongoing responsibilities of Intern - EMEA Marketing?

Routine tasks:

  • Manage day to day requests from the Marketing team

  • Generate the latest product materials (fund commentaries, pre-sales books) using Seismic and Quark systems

Digital communication:

  • Create and deliver emails to clients via Marketo mailing system promoting marketing campaigns, materials, and corporate events

  • Work with the Marketing teams on the email templates and content

EMEA websites maintenance:

  • Review the website pages and ensure the pages are up to date

  • Cooperate with the Website Team requesting changes to websites, new documents, or visuals addition

  • Report issues and enhancements

Advertising:

  • Support in the banners production

  • Track invoices

What ideal qualifications, skills & experience would help someone to be successful?

  • Current student status (preferred fields of studies: linguistics, economics, marketing)

  • Proficient with Microsoft applications

  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Good time management and prioritization skills

  • Self-discipline at work

  • Good communication skills

  • Availability to work 25-30 hours per week
