Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with sales team to achieve company sales target.

  • Assist sales team on handling all administrative jobs / other ad-hoc tasks

  • Handle customers’ inquiry through mail & phone (e.g. preparing quotation and proforma invoice, tracking delivery schedule, handling order cancellation etc.)

  • Responsible for handling customer PO and monitoring order status (e.g. order entry, payment collection, delivery arrangement, sales and credit release, etc.)

  • Customer relationship building

Requirements:

  • F. 6 or above education background

  • With strong competency as listed above

  • Fresh graduate will be considered

  • Immediate available is highly preferred
