Position Summary
Mashgin is seeking a full cycle Recruiter to join our team and support our growing hiring needs. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting candidates to managing the offer process. You will work on a wide range of technical and non-technical roles, focusing primarily on high-impact positions in product development, engineering, machine learning, operations, sales, and customer success. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, has experience with full-cycle recruiting in high-growth companies, and is passionate about building diverse, high-performing teams.
What Types of Roles You’ll Help Recruit For:
This role will have the opportunity to focus on:
Operations and Support: customer success specialists, technical support roles, and project management roles.
Sales and Marketing: account executives, sales engineers, and marketing specialists focused on brand growth and customer acquisition.
Executive and Leadership Roles: as we grow, the role may involve occasional recruiting for senior and leadership positions to build out Mashgin's strategic teams.
