Why This Role Matters:
The Director, MVH P&O Transformation plays a pivotal role in advancing the enterprise’s P&O transformation agenda. This role partners closely with the Vice President of P&O Transformation to drive the disciplined execution, deployment, and sustainment of strategic initiatives that elevate organizational performance, unlock workforce capabilities, and strengthen operational excellence. This role builds and maintains effective relationships across the entirety of the P&O function, including P&O Heads, COE Leads, MVH P&O, and other stakeholders. It uses a variety of methods to track progress to goals, showcase project status, and consistently communicate critical actions to achieve deliverables according to an agreed upon timeline.
Acting as both a project leader and an execution driver, this individual ensures that transformation efforts move from concept to measurable outcomes, while maintaining a holistic view across initiatives to support prioritization and informed decision making. Its primary focus is frictionless, timely delivery of priority initiatives, anticipating obstacles, mitigating risks, and establishing conditions for smooth, sustainable adoption. The role orchestrates cross-functional teams, ensures accountability across initiative owners to timelines and deliverables, proactively manages risks and interdependencies, and evaluates progress against plans. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, can mobilize teams, and can translate strategy into action. The successful candidate will be able to ensure P&O Transformation initiatives are deployed on time, on budget, and with all stakeholders effectively informed and taking assigned actions in rhythm and with clarity.

Salary Range: $174,680-$300,231.25
Compensation is determined based on education, experience, and other relevant credentials. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, location, and market competitiveness.
