Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding the needs of various stakeholders and translating those needs into functional software solutions. The workday often includes collaborating with different teams to ensure the applications align with organizational goals, while continuously refining and enhancing the software to improve performance and usability. Attention to detail and adaptability are key as priorities and requirements may evolve throughout the project lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software development.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions by following best practices and coding standards.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise during development and deployment phases.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience with version control systems and collaborative development tools.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Familiarity with debugging, testing, and performance optimization techniques.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
