Position Summary
The Mgr. Project Manager will play a key role in supporting the NJ Managed Long Term Supports and Services (MLTSS) program, by reviewing program performance and recommending strategic actions for improvement. This role is responsible for identifying operational gaps and risk, and driving process changes that enhance efficiency, compliance, and member outcomes. The individual will collaborate across teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and contractual requirements.

Position Responsibilities

  • Provide oversight of key departmental reports and dashboards, ensuring timely review and intervention through cross-functional collaboration to address gaps, risk, and performance risks.

  • Support workforce planning by analyzing membership trends to identify staffing needs resulting from membership growth or attrition.

  • Lead process improvement initiatives in collaboration with key business partner to ensure departmental workflows are aligned with contractual obligations and evolving business requirements.


Required Qualification

  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions; able to interpret data and develop actionable insights

  • Proficiency in navigating multiple computer systems

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with leaders and business partners.

  • Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Proficiency in navigating multiple computer systems

  • 3-5 years experience in related field


Preferred Qualifications

  • Medicaid experience; knowledge of regulations and standard policies

  • Care Management experience


Education

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in a science, healthcare or related field

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$54,300.00 - $159,120.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
