Technical:
Design, develop, and maintain surveys using ConfirmIT scripting (CAWI, CATI, CAPI).
Implement custom logic, dynamic content, and data piping using JavaScript and ConfirmIT APIs.
Integrate surveys with external databases and reporting tools.
Ensure cross-browser and device compatibility.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in survey deployment.

Project & Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with project managers, researchers, and clients to understand requirements.
Translate business needs into technical specifications.
Manage timelines, risks, and communication across multiple projects.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong proficiency in ConfirmIT scripting and survey design.
Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML.
Familiarity with APIs, data integration, and automation tools.
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Proven leadership experience in managing technical teams.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
