The RGM Specialist is responsible for identifying and executing opportunities related to the 5 Revenue Growth Management levers (Pricing, Potential Problem Analysis, Mix, Trade Promotion, and Commercial Policy). They define RGM objectives by country to support the annual strategic plan, establish standard working methods, and implement a management model focused on priorities to maximize net profit. Additionally, they develop RGM plans by market and channel, integrating the visions of BTM, Marketing, and Integrated Margin Management, and continuously monitor business results and KPIs by country and channel.

Who you are?

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in RGM (Revenue Growth Management), Finance or IMM (Integrated Margin Management) roles with drive results mindset 

  • Finance, Sales or Trade marketing experience is desirable 

  • Hands-on profile, proactive, strong decision making, and agile WOW (Move-Fast) in collaboration with Commercial and Marketing IFP (International Family Care and Professional) team.

  • Knowledge of RGM (Revenue Growth Management) principles, pricing strategies, price elasticity, return on investment, NRR (Net Revenue Realization) and revenue optimization techniques.

  • Understanding of business issues, and mission / goals of the transformation 

  • Strong integrity and ability to build trust within the organization

  • Excellent analytical skills to identify opportunities and efficiencies across the markets.

  • Comfortable to navigate in Kimberly-Clark system and learning new systems and new ways of thinking

 

What do you do?

  • Understand and execute opportunities related to the 5 RGM (Revenue Growth Management) levers in the countries (Pricing, PPA (Potential Problem Analysis), Mix, Trade Promotion & Commercial Policy)

  • Define the RGM (Revenue Growth Management) objectives by country to support the strategic annual plan

  • Define a standard RGM way of working and implement a management model focusing on priorities to deliver the net profit and a solid RGM initiatives pipeline

  • Build the RGM (Revenue Growth Management) plans by market and channels, integrating the BTM´s, Marketing and IMM (Integrated Margin Management) vision.

  • Continuous monitoring of the results and KPI's of the family business by countries / channel
