To support our commercial order processing in order management / CSOF in Itzehoe, we are looking for a committed person for a limited period of 18 months at our location in Itzehoe.
Clerk (m/f/d) for commercial order processing export
Your role:
- Export processing of pumps, systems, accessories and spare parts including preparation of customs documents
- Organization of domestic and foreign transports of materials for all shipping operations including partial accompaniment/coordination of packaging acceptances
- Creating sales orders in SAP and creating order confirmations
- Invoicing and settlement of orders in SAP
- Application for bank guarantees and guarantees for international business if needed
Your Profile:
- Successfully completed commercial training (e.g. industrial clerk or wholesale and foreign trade merchant) or comparable
- Several years of relevant professional experience in the processing of export orders desirable
- High quality awareness, commitment and flexibility
- Independent and team-oriented work
- Good MS Office and SAP skills required
- Very good English
