The Value Maximization Coordinator is responsible for driving sustainable growth and performance across the company’s mature and non- promoted portfolio. This role blends strategic business acumen, alliance management expertise, and cross-functional collaboration to unlock long-term value.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Planning
• Support the Value Maximization Lead in implementing commercial strategies for the non-Pfizer promoted portfolio.
• Coordinate the execution of commercial strategies to optimize revenue, profitability, and manage the product lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and innovative approaches to extend product value.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on market trends, competitive dynamics, and performance analytics.
• Coordinate with supply and commercial teams to help ensure product availability and resolve operational issues.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with regional functions (Finance, Legal, Supply, Medical, Regulatory, Commercial) to ensure strategic alignment and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with country and regional team to share best practices and drive portfolio and alliance synergies.
• Maintain close alignment with Regional Strategic Partnerships Lead and other enterprise stakeholders.
Financial & Risk Analysis
• Support financial modeling, ROI analysis, and due diligence to assess the commercial potential and strategic fit of new opportunities.
• Ensure all transactions comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Leadership & Governance
• Help track KPIs and maintain performance monitoring frameworks for portfolio and alliance management.
• Support the Lead in fostering a culture of integrity, innovation, and bold action.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field.
Experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing, Business Development, Business Intelligence, Commercial or Alliance Management within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries.
Skills
•Fluent English and native or fluent Portuguese
• Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and relationship management capabilities.
• Deep understanding of pharmaceutical market dynamics.
• Financial acumen with ability to assess and communicate commercial impact.
