Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, your typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. You will utilize standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while maintaining compatibility and performance. Your role will require collaboration with various teams to ensure that the applications meet the evolving requirements of the organization and its users, while also troubleshooting any issues that may arise during the application lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the documentation of application configurations and processes to ensure knowledge sharing within the team.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in packaged and SaaS applications.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps.
- Experience with low-code development platforms.
- Strong understanding of application programming interfaces and their integration.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively.
- Familiarity with software release management processes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Power Apps.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
