Generating and managing FMEA reports for individual production products of the plant. Regular updating of action plans resulting from the CRR (Continuous Risk Reduction) plan. Updating 8D and corrective actions into PFMEA. Support and assistance in the preparation of process control plans. Preparation of regular PFMEA status reports for individual projects. Coordination and preparation of activities for Reverse FMEA. Setting up and moderating regular FMEA meetings for individual products. Taking over Lessons learned from other Magna plants.
