Are you looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced marine environment? World Fuel is seeking a motivated and safety-focused Marine Terminal Operations Support professional to join our Gibraltar Yacht Terminal team.
In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of fuel and lubricants to customers while supporting terminal operations, maintenance activities, and environmental compliance. What You'll Do
- Safely and efficiently deliver fuel and lubricant products to customers in accordance with company standards and operating procedures.
- Support daily terminal operations, including the receipt of products by sea and road.
- Operate in full compliance with all Health, Safety, Security, Environment, and Quality (HSSEQ) policies and procedures.
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of company vehicles, equipment, and terminal infrastructure.
- Support pollution prevention and response activities, including the maintenance and testing of environmental protection equipment.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable road transport regulations when operating company vehicles.
- Contribute to the achievement of operational and HSSEQ performance goals.
- Assist with operational improvement initiatives and special projects as needed.
- Maintain high standards of customer service while representing World Fuel professionally.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Strong commitment to safety and operational excellence.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Flexible approach to working shifts and adapting to operational requirements.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within marine, terminal, logistics, fuel distribution, transportation, or industrial operations.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental procedures.
- Experience operating within a regulated operational environment.
