Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Closure Projects Agent to join our Global Customer Excellence team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end closure process for outgoing customers, utilizing Salesforce Billing to ensure accurate account reconciliations and a seamless transition.
You will serve as a vital link between our customers and multiple global cross-functional teams, ensuring that every departure is handled with the same level of care and professionalism as an arrival.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
Responsibility 1: Execute the full closure process for outgoing customers, performing detailed account reconciliations in Salesforce Billing and coordinating the return of inventory in accordance with company policy.
Responsibility 2: Collaborate closely with upstream and downstream Customer Care, Sales, and Billing teams to resolve inquiries, reduce errors, and implement innovative process improvements across all regional countries.
Responsibility 3: Maintain 100% accuracy in documentation and data entry while adhering to strict deadlines and organizational standards for customer service excellence.
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience in international voice processes (specifically for the United States and Canada markets) including extensive outbound calling via Salesforce Dot Com (SFDC).
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Billing systems, account setup, and order management, alongside proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications.
Proven ability in strategic thinking and tactical execution, with the emotional intelligence to interact with departing customers in a professional and empathetic manner.
Excellent data analytical skills and the flexibility to work in various shifts to support our global customer base.
