As a Staff MLOps Engineer, you lead the development and optimization of our machine-learning infrastructure with a focus on Python programming, Kubernetes, DevOps practices, and data engineering. You play a key role in developing and managing Large Language Model (LLM) applications while ensuring seamless deployment, monitoring, and performance across production environments. This position involves collaborating closely with data scientists and engineers to enhance model efficiency, scalability, and overall system architecture.

In your daily routine, you will: 

  • Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of infrastructure for deploying, monitoring, and managing machine learning models
  • Drive the development and deployment of LLM applications, ensuring efficient performance and integration
  • Research and integrate emerging technologies in DevOps, Kubernetes, and data engineering into our infrastructure
  • Develop and automate end-to-end pipelines for data ingestion, preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and deployment
  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to optimize model performance and scalability
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes and ensure consistency
  • Manage Kubernetes clusters for scalable and efficient model deployment
  • Design monitoring systems to track model performance and reliability
  • Optimize resource utilization and system architecture using DevOps best practices
  • Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership

We think that this offer is for you if you:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent work experience
  • 6+ years of experience in MLOps, DevOps, and data engineering with a strong focus on Python programming
  • Extensive experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration
  • Experience building and managing data pipelines and infrastructure with tools like Apache Airflow or similar
  • Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, with AWS preferred
