This environment blends acute care skills with a calmer, more personalized pace.

🔍 What You’ll Do

  • Participate in unit councils, shared governance, and quality initiatives that shape how care is delivered.
  • Use the full nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

  • Support and strengthen a culture of safety.
  • Administer medications and treatments in alignment with clinical protocols.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively, promote teamwork, and delegate appropriately.
