  • Initiate a proposal and drive it to completion, co-create project content and undertake operational matters for Japanese partners;
  • Responsible for overseas community platform user operations (for example: Discord, Telegram, Twitter, Github);
  • Combining product stages and version content to create a good atmosphere for user co-creation;
  • Able to extract conclusions based on the needs of community users and the actual status of product version, initiate proposals to guide the direction of subsequent research and development of the project.

Requirements:

  • 两年以上のゲーム企画(運営)経験がある方、開発の流れを熟知し・大型ゲーム開発経験がある方
  • ゲームが好きな方、ゲーム歴が長い方、プラットフォーム型ゲームが詳しい方;
  • プラットフォーム型ゲーム・SNSユーザーの好みに詳しい方;SNSの設立・運営・管理経験がある方がなお望ましいです;
  • 英語と日本語ができる方。ビジネスレベルだとなお望ましいです。

  • More than two years of experience as game planner, with experience in large-scale game projects;
  • Participated in game editor design, level design or system design. Familiar with the UE engine and using blueprints;
  • Be able to proficiently use one or multiple user-oriented game editor(s) is preferred, such as Roblox, Fortnite, csgo-hammer, war3 editor, Dota2 editor, etc.;
  • Be able to independently complete the design and implementation of game prototype; have a deep understanding of technology and good communication skills Proficiency in Japanese or English or Chinese, which can be used as working language to interact with stakeholders in various countries, is preferred.

  • 两年以上游戏策划(运营)工作经验,熟悉研发流程、有大型游戏项目经历;
  • 热爱游戏,有丰富且深入的游戏经验,了解平台型游戏产品;
  • 了解平台游戏产品,以及社区用户内容偏好;参与社区建立、运营、管理者优先;
  • 熟练日语、英语使用,可作为工作语言优先。
