The Role
The Senior Manager of Bank Debt role is a highly visible, dynamic role reporting to the Director, Trade Operations that affords you the opportunity to build and manage a team that works closely with our trading desk and business partners. This role will help maintain a high level of quality within the team while working to improve efficiency in support of a growing business. The Senior Manager will create routines to track the teams deliverables while balancing workloads and staffing needs. This individual will liaise with key stakeholders across Fidelity Fund and Investment Operations (FFIO) and Asset Management to ensure alignment on key initiatives and business objectives.

The Team
As part of Fidelity Fund and Investment Operations (FFIO) business unit, the Bank Debt Operations group is responsible for facilitating the processing, settlement, distribution, and reconciliation of Term Loan and Private Credit transactions in support of Accounting and Trading. This role requires phenomenal attention to detail, technical aptitude, ability to work in a time sensitive environment and the desire to think outside of the box. In addition to the technical aspect of the role, the individual also performs project work, looks for process improvements, partakes in training and development opportunities and is part of a larger team effort.
Most roles at Fidelity are Hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office. This does not apply to Remote or fully Onsite roles.
