About the role: 

We are seeking a skilled Smart Factory Program Manager to lead manufacturing execution system's software implementation project in med tech industry. The ideal candidate will have proven project management experience and certifications, with a focus on delivering software solutions for digital transformation. While direct MES experience is preferable, a strong understanding of manufacturing operations and technology integration is essential.

Your key duties and responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of smart factory software projects.

• Oversee project lifecycles from requirements gathering to deployment and support.

• Collaborate with IT, engineering, and operations teams to integrate solutions into manufacturing processes.

• Manage project budgets, timelines, and risks to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.

• Maintain stakeholder alignment and facilitate effective communication across teams.

• Drive the adoption and optimization of new technologies to improve operational efficiency.

About you:

• Proven experience in delivering complex software projects, ideally in manufacturing or industrial environments.

• Strong project management skills with certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile methodologies.

• Solid understanding of Industry 4.0 technologies and manufacturing processes.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
