Job Description Summary:

Assists the physician in the evaluation and treatment of patients in the Urgent Care setting.

Responsibilities And Duties:

95%
Assessment and evaluation of patient, H&P's, orders, tests, etc.
5%
Assist in reviewing x-ray reports, lab results and contacting patient appropriately as instructed.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree (Required)NCCPA - National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants - American Association of Physician Assistants, PA - Physician Assistant - National Commission on the Certification of Physician Assistants

Additional Job Description:

Must have a Physician Assistant Certificate to Practice in Ohio and maintain this Certification from the state Medical Board of Ohio. Must have and maintain a current Certification from a national certifying body (National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants) and maintain this Certification . Must have graduated from an accredited Physician Assistant (PA) program. Must have current ACLS Certification endorsed by the American Heart Association.
