Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will oversee the application development process and ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the application development team in designing, building, and configuring applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related queries and issues. - Ensure timely project delivery and adherence to quality standards. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll. - Strong understanding of SAP HCM modules and payroll processes. - Experience in configuring and customizing SAP HCM Payroll. - Knowledge of SAP payroll schemas and rules. - Hands-on experience in SAP Payroll implementation and support. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll. - This position is based at our Sambalpur office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
