We are searching for the best talent for Executive Account Specialist_Onco(Hema)_North

    You will be responsible for:

    • Contributes to the execution of sales and business development strategy and process under limited supervision.

    • Applies in-depth knowledge of Oncology/Hematology products to execute sales strategy inclusive of operational planning for business needs.

    • Analyzes complex performance, competitive, and customer data to identify key issues, and recommend strategies.

    • Examines existing processes and develops continuous improvements in process, data, and sales operations.

    • Documents potential opportunities and issues and communicates to appropriate parties.

    • Identifies opportunities to maximize sales opportunities through conferences and other events.

    • Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes and responsibilities.​Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.

    • Job is eligible for sales incentive / sales commissions.
