Job Summary:

The Project Coordinator – Telehealth provides administrative and project support to the TCOE team, including scheduling meetings, ordering supplies, processing documentation, maintaining organized project files, and supporting clerical aspects of individual work plans. In addition, the coordinator manages the project’s website and maintains its social media presence to support communication and outreach.

Degree (Associate's or Bachelor's) with one (1) year of administrative support experience.

Detail-oriented and methodical in approach to work. Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to develop and maintain positive interpersonal relationships in a professional environment. Demonstrates strong computer literacy and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project activities and schedule monthly COE meetings.
  • Prepare and distribute monthly progress reports.
  • Maintain and update the COE joint website and Center for Telehealth webpages.
  • Collaborate with IT and stakeholders to ensure website design and content are current and effective.
  • Manage a content calendar and publish messaging across web and social media platforms.
  • Assist in creating content and graphics for playbooks, toolkits, presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Ensure consistency in branding, tone, and visual identity across all communications.
  • Support marketing efforts in collaboration with the Program Manager and Outreach Director.

Physical and Environmental Demands

Requires occasional travelling to offsite locations, occasional activities subject to significant volume changes of a seasonal/clinical nature, occasional bending, occasional lifting and carrying up to 10 pounds, occasional reaching, frequent sitting, frequent standing, and frequent walking.
